Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
How many pages can I track?
You may monitor up to 100 representative URL’s on the single domain plan and 500 URL’s on the multi-domain plan.
Since most websites today are based on a just a few templates / page types and even very large sites have 100 or fewer unique pages , we have found 100/500 monitored URL’s meets the majority of our customers’ needs.
If you feel 100/500 tracked URL’s will not meet your monitoring requirements, please contact us to discuss your needs.
What is a Representative URL?
A Representative URL is a webpage that represents a unique page type or template.
Example: Instead of adding all the URLS for all of your Product Detail pages, simply choose one to serve as the Representative URL.
You only want to monitor 1 webpage for each template / page type otherwise you’d receive multiple alerts every time a change was detected.
Is it ok to monitor competitors’ pages?
Yes, as long as you are not violating their website use policy. You will need to select the multi-domain plan If you would like to monitor more than one top-level domain. We do reserve the right to deactivate tracking specific URL’s without notice.
If it’s a free trial, why do you need my credit card?
We collect your billing information at the beginning of the trial so there is no interruption in monitoring when the free trial period ends. If you decided to cancel any time before the free trial ends, your credit card will not be charged.
Why am I receiving too many alerts?
There are several reasons you are receiving too many alerts, here are the top 3:
1) Be sure you are tracking only one Representative URL for each page template / page type. If you are tracking 100 pages that use the same template and there was a single change, you would receive 100 alerts.
2) If you have any dynamic content such as news feeds or advertisement code, turn off the page size monitoring.
3) Reduce the frequency of monitoring when configuring the Representative URL. You can reduce it from Hourly to Daily or even Weekly.
Do you have an affiliate or partner program?
Not yet, but it’s in the works! Send us an email and we’ll alert you as soon as it’s launched.
Tip: be sure to introduce yourself and tell us a little about your sites(s) & traffic.
How do I contact you?

How do I cancel?
You may cancel at any time by logging into your account, navigating to the billing section under your profile and selecting cancel my service. Cancelation is effective at the end of the current billing month at which time monitoring will be suspended. If you are on an annual plan, the remaining unused balance will be refunded by prorating the number of service months used based on the higher monthly rate.
